Last night the National Geographic Channel has a 3 hour special on the Galapagos Islands. It was very interesting for those who are interested in evolution and unique habitats. During the show, they also did a special on Short-Eared Owls and how they have adapted to catching ground birds. This is the only place in the world where SEOs catch ground birds this way.

I would have to presume that they will rerun the special at some point in time. You can search for another showing date at http://channel.nationalgeographic.com/channel/ET/popup/200703222000.html

It will be repeated Thursday, March 22 at 8 PM, Saturday, March 24 at 1 PM.
